Yang stops him. Had it on points anyway IMO.

Yang looks world class. Ogden learned how important it is to defend after throwing against a top quality counter puncher.

Yang looked like a nightmare to fight. The Chinese version of Isaac "Pitbull" Cruz.

Ugliest non event of a heavyweight fight l have seen for quite a while. Horrible to watch.

No winner in that one. A draw very appropriate.

Brutal main event goes to the cards. Surely Taylor will get the nod here.

Taylor UD and well deserved. Needs to work on his interview skills though.

    Jamie Pittman in the ####

Australia's national boxing coach, Jamie Pittman, has pulled out of the Paris Olympics after admitting to bullying and sexual misconduct with female fighters. Pittman has been accused of 11 separate breaches of the code of conduct by the Combat Institute of Australia, acting on behalf of several elite boxers, following overseas tours last year.

The National Sports Tribunal, an independent government body set up to resolve sporting disputes, heard damning evidence against him last month, the details of which have only just been made public. During the hearing, Pittman said he was "ashamed and embarrassed" and would not contest the findings, accepting that "certain comments he made were inappropriate".

Speaking of the national amateur team, they're over in the US atm competing in an international tournament. We were going okay until this morning when four of our male Olympians got beat, including Callum Peters in the first round. Just missed that one unfortunately so can't comment further. He lost to an American (who wasn't their top Light Heavy) so we've had our (arguably) best professional & amateur lose to Doodles in the last few weeks. Teremoana fights the #2 Doodle Super Heavy over there later in the week.

That was a good gig for him to have.

From Fenech's record of interview: “Fenech stated that he’d been collecting packages for an extended period of time and stated that he believed that the packages contained luxury watches and was unaware that the packages contained drugs.”

Luxury watches? Hard to miss the irony in that.

Is the Ogden fight worth watching? The kid had a heap of hype about him. Sounds like he got schooled... is that the case or ran out of gas?

Yang was just better in every department on the night mate, but Ogden never stopped trying. Definitely a great fight to watch.
