Beterbiev vs Bivol will be a repeat of Mike tyson vs spinks

Don't think so. Beterbiev is much older and more methodical than Tyson was. He's a far better technician than Tyson. Will likely break down Bivol with consistent pressure instead of an explosive early finish.

Nope, Beterbiev has been fighting very hittable guys for the last few years now. No one is just gonna steamroll someone as slippery as Bivol.

That would be a shocker if that were to actually happen, but I just can't see that as possible. If Beterbiev were to win this it would most likely come by way of methodically chopping down Bivol and then going after him in the later rounds. We'll see how it actually plays out.

 

I like Beterbiev rounds 8-10. Bivol has not been in any wars. Bivol is resilient. He has not experienced a moment where he felt professional fear. And his feet and stamina are grossly underrated and overlooked. His jab is busy and he mixes his offense up well. He also uses his distance well and knows how to step back or take a half step back like BHop used to. Bivol is a great boxer.

And Beterbiev is almost freaking 40 yeara old!! Beterbiev will start out slow and have to deal w movement he is not accustomed to. I suspect Bivol may be up as much 5-2 going into round 8 which is not something Beterbiev has ever experienced either. But Beterbiev is not a simple plodder. He has great technique and makes subtle adjustments. He cuts the ring off as well as Ive seen and, eventually, he'll catch on to Bivol's escape tactics and land something meaningful making it a fight instead of a boxing match.

I’m not sure how long Bivol will last against Beterbiev,but I’ve always felt that the Saudis with there big money have forced Bivol’s hand into taking this Undisputed fight .

Spinks was shitting his pants against Tyson. Bivol doesn’t fear anyone. I see a competitive fight with Bivol using his feet to keep Beterbiev off balance and missing a lot. Bivol has a great shot at winning and I favor him in this fight because of his youth and skill. He knows what he’s up against and will give AB a boxing lesson. War Bivol!
