Blatant corruption once again. Canelo's two biggest mandatory challengers at 168... have now moved up to 175 in search of title shots. This is unprecedented. I honestly don't see how Canelo can have any fans at this point.
No one really cared about the Morrell fight tho. He was happy to call himself a world champion while holding the BS regular belt. Can´t have the cake and eat it too. Plus he hadn´t beaten anyone of note to even earn a title shot. But **** the WBA for just stringing Morrell around. They had no intention of making him the actual mandatory by ordering the unification. I am a Canelo fan, and it´s a really, really rough time. Last few years have been hugely disappointing. I used to be quite excited for his fights, but that isn´t the case anymore.
