Dibombé looks ****ing terrified.

 

Round 1

Dibombé is backed up by some right hooks into the backs of his gloves. Melikuziev with some southpaw jabs popped into the guard, living up to his moniker and bullying the undefeated Frenchman across the ring. Reach-in right hooks on the body by Melikuziev. Dibombé squaring up and countering as Melikuziev jabs his way in, nearly losing his balance one moment and landing a grazing left hook the next after recovering. Exchange of shots inside, Dibombé might have been stunned by a short right hook punctuating a three-piece. Certainly giving up ground in a hurry afterwards. Now a clinch after Melikuziev nearly walks him onto the ropes. Dibombé is catching jabs and hammering left crosses on his forearms while skating laterally. Dibombé tries countering off the ropes but eats a left uppercut. Dibombé cut, badly, over his right eye.

Round 2

Dibombé getting wailed on downstairs, but keeping up a high guard and moving around to defend himself intelligently. They pause to look at the cut, which looks horrible, but he's allowed to continue. Dibombé gets in a nice two punch combo. Dibombé gets a piece of another hook but a hard Melikuziev left hand slams into his guard and chops him into the ropes.

10-9 Melikuziev, but got closer late.
