I’m not a big fan of Haney and his boring style but I’m even less of a fan of guys who purposely don’t cut weight. 3 lbs at those low weights is a massive advantage. Look how well his power carried. All the way to the end.

 

Why did I not bet the decision? Awesome fight. These guys would get destroyed in the de la hoya, Trinidad era.

Garcia is better than I thought but I'm still not sold on him. He's one dimensional and makes a ton of mistakes.

Garcia is crazy, drinks, smokes, doesn't train because he's on Tik Tok, and he still destroyed Haney.

Despite everything, I want to give kudos for Haney for getting up every time.

 

He missed weight by 3.5 pounds, do you realize.. obviously you don’t realize, how big of a deal that is?

 

Hes a dick. But he's harmless.

 

Also, let's not forget the weight. I know people hate Haney, but the fact is Ryan came in overweight and this fight was won on power.
