    Absolutely ATG. 396-1 as an amateur. Fastest to three world titles. Nearly all of his fights are championship fights.

    Amateur records are not factored in with ATG ranking in the pros.

    Besides Lomachenko being a very privileged fighter, he doesn't have the title fights, or the opposition to make him an ATG. You factor in his losses, and there you go. A decent run, enough for HoF, but not ATG.
