    Title should be vacated, why?
Garcia failed to make weight, it was clear that there will be no title on the line. It was a Light Welterweight fighting a Welterweight.

How is that too difficult to comprehend... or are you just unloading your mental illness online?

Advertising is about selling tickets. Making weight is what determines if it is a title fight.

This thread is like a base level boxing IQ test and some doing very poorly indeed.

He could put on 100 pounds post weigh in and not be disqualified. It's really not that complex.

None of this is but until someone writes it in crayon, in big bold letters, using no more than 2 syllable words, some are going to continue to struggle.

While I’m here - since when were rounds 3 minutes long with 1 minute rest periods in between?

I tell ya, corruption in boxing strikes again!

Hey moron perhaps you should read the WBCs own rules before opening your mouth.

Garcia weighed in wearing long pants and shoes. No way he weighed 143.2 in his shorts.

So what exactly is Haney's standing in the boxing world now? I just read Oscar doesn't want Ryan to give him a rematch.

I guess he's the definition of a paper champ?

It wasn’t a “ light welterweight fighting a welterweight” you tool. Haney weighs well over 160in the ring and it is unlikely Garcia weighed more.

His choice what he wore on the scales. If he didn't want to make weight and fight for the title that's up to him.

Fair call. I can't understand how some get so emotionally affected by boxers to the point where common sense is totally gone.

That sas a ceremonial weigh in. He'd weighed in at 143.2 earlier in the day.

Great news, hopefully Haney opts for a unification with Matias...
