    With Izon, it wasn't the single fight.

    He was knocked down very hard by Darroll Wilson in round 1 and barely survived, then KO'd Wilson in 4.

    Against Terrence Lewis Izon was hurt in round 3 and knocked down in the 4th. But went on to stop Lewis in 5th.

    Jerry Quarry somehow staying on his feet after a brutal hook from Frazier.
    At 3:10 If you put the video in slow motion, you can see Jerry's soul leaving his body.
    How he managed to survive that, I have no idea.

    Worth noting that in their ‘Best I Faced,” Merqui was named the hardest puncher they’d faced by Roy Jones Jr, James Toney (who added a caveat that one of the heavyweights he fought may have hit harder but Sosa was just a middle or super middle) and Frankie Liles.

    If those three say you can punch … you can punch.

    I thought JMM was toast in the 1st round of the 1st fight against Pacquiao. Prime Pac was a buzz saw.

    Hadn't seen either of those previously. Just watched the Izon-Wilson highlights on YouTube. Yes, it is hard to believe Izon survived the fight round. Brutal fight.

    The 4th round of Izon-Lewis was a great round.

    Darrol Wilson-Courage Tshbalala. I will never know how Wilson came back from the 3rd round Knockdown to win in the following round of a brilliant fight.

    I don't know how Vargas survived the first round against Tito, or how Fury got up after Wilder. Larry Holmes getting to after being knocked down by Shavers was impressive too.
