I don’t know that he walks among the gods but in different circumstances he might have been a world champ (and certainly would have been in a lot of eras): James Scott.

I love a body puncher and he punched peoples’ lungs out.

So many, Foster for his one punch power, Archie Moore for his amazing longevity+Durelle I, Saad Muhammad for terrific fights, Conteh for his attitude (in and out of the ring), Willie Pastrano for his beautiful and entertaining boxing style, Marvin Johnson for his hell for leather style and Dennis Andries never quit attitude, from a fighter fighting in small halls, incapable of winning the British title early on to winning 3 World title fights, two of them abroad.

Ezzard Charles and Beterbiev. The Cincinnati Cobra was never better than at 175, and man can Artur punch.

Many. My personál Mt. Rushmore is:

    Archie Moore
    Gene Tunney
    Ezzard Charles
    Roy Jones Jr.

.. ranked not necessarily by accomplishments, but rather by how they've grown into larger-than-life figures, with numerous other titans like Micheal Spinks, Billy Conn, or the Philly Phantom on the same landscape.

I don't worship any as such, but only SRR at WW has a clearer case to be the GOAT in any of the original 8 weight divisions, based solely on fights contested in each divison, than Ezzard Charles does as the GOAT at LHW.

Harry Greb also has an astonishing resume in fights contested at LHW and so I break from the consensus by ranking him, rather than Moore, as my #2 at LHW.

Not exactly worship, but I have a soft spot for Victor Galindez, the great Argentinian LHW Champ.
