Ostarine is easy to obtain, if I am not mistaken. It also doesn´t have as strong side effects as trenbolone.
If Garcia went hard on tren then the changes in his body composition would have been noticeable to everyone. And I don´t think that was his goal. He probably used ostarine to maintain his fitness and muscle while trying to severely cut calories to loose fat.

It´s been banned for a good reason, I´d say. Athletes won´t always use the best substances to cheat and the reasons for that are numerous.
Something they have to consider is masking and passing the tests.
