It is mentioned in VADA's 1st May letter notifying of Garcia's positive test for Ostarine. The 19-Norandrosterone result is pending IRMS (isotope ratio mass spectrometry analysis) which is currently taking place. So a second gong for Garcia may not be far away.

When you test positive to performance enhancing drugs you are actually guilty until proven innocent. Fact.

 

That picture doesn't really mean much, does it, as I thought he had a punishing rehydration clause against Tank and was having to cut even more weight to begin with?

One picture is of Ryan emaciated, drained, after a heavy cut, and the either is him at a much healthier fighting weight.
