I think boxing would be more fun if people didn’t treat a loss as the end of a boxer. Regardless of who wins or loses, both have had great careers

According to haters Fury is a fraud if he loses and was never any good

Meanwhile if uysk loses he was always too small, aged out and cheated by clinches and still a goat cruiser

Only thing Fury wants is his respect off his rival opponent which none of them have been man enough to give him yet. Wlad and Wilder acted disgracefully. Usyk will be different though and his kindness and respect will set Fury free from this unforgiving sport.

If Fury loses the fight, he should be placed under at least 1 year of surveillance and closely monitored. Psychological and emotional support should be provided. Otherwise, I don't even want to think about what he might do.

For Usyk, it'll be no problem for him.

Neither guy will dump belts out of the ring and behave like a spoiled man child

I expect Usyk will be gracious in defeat, but in the coming days will cry about rough house tactics (like everyone on here will) and start the hype for the rematch

Thank God the greatest heavyweight of all time Ali never used roughhouse tactics of his own!!

Just to add I'm not worried how the fighters handle the loss

I'm more worried about how some posters on here handle it, one or 2 in particular. One guy might need to be on watch 24/7 for a few months

Me? I pick Fury to win. I think he will win. But if he loses? I have no problem admitting I was completely wrong and usyk is the man

I assume Fury’s “no rematch” clause still in place, correct?

    Does anyone know?

They have a rematch clause...but it's unlikely the rematch will be for undisputed status given the IBF will likely strip.

It's hard to know how Fury will deal with the defeat.

But I suspect he'll retreat back to his caravan and do copious amounts of blow.

Sure, look up the word RESPECT and the definition will be accompanied by a photo of Fury.

Anyone who disagrees is a big, fat “sausage”, including that “midget” Usyk.

Tyson is a man of honour and integrity - he really does deserve to be at least treated in kind. :D

Look at AJ, the losses have arguably made him a better fighter - which is how it used to work.

He also no longer has the burden of protecting the “0” as if it was a crystal faberge egg.

Now AJ can say “what the heck”, “cruise” along and just go for it.

Boxing is meant to be a “risky business”, after all.

    WHAT A FANTASTIC THREAD!

Too bad Fury didn't give Usyk his props and respect.

So you're saying Fury should be banned?

Fury is a cringe sore loser then.

Happy New Year, it’s the War in Ukraine bias, you can only give Usyk 4 rounds, Usyk is a ****house and who cares, look how much money I have in the bank wah wah wah

Yes Fury has excelled himself in defeat.

Fury is not going to handle losing the rematch well if he does lol
