This is my most anticipated fight in years. Literally cannot call a winner. I can’t wait

It's highly anticipated for me not because I think it will actually be a great match to watch but just for the fact that it will shut up Fury and his fans and legitimize Usyk as the A-1 stud I've always pegged him for.

I do think it will be a good fight cause I can see fury just going straight for him cause he won’t fear the power. Im leaning towards Usyk winning too, but I’m not as confident as you

Usyk would beat even a prime Fury and this version of Fury is a long way from any prime. Usyk cuts him and stops him late. And this result is the best outcome for our sport, Fury rarely fights and when he does its not against the best opposition. Plus, it would give more credibility to MMA, which is undeserved.

The biggest problem for Fury is sympathy and empathy.

Can he live with himself and look at his family and friends and say to himself, “game over.”?

Game over for the fanboys, game over for the pro Ukrainian governments and spuds, game over for the individuals that serves his wife take away fish and chips.

If he blasts out Usyk, no more bleeding hearts, it’s Tyson Fury, King of the Heavyweight division.

No cuts!!! I don't want to hear the Fury fanboys using the Wallin cut as an excuse. I just want to see a straight up, flawless master class, ass whoopin from Usyk.

Dude, what are you going on about? Bleeding hearts? I want Usyk to win because he is a damn good fighter. He represents boxing well. Fury has/had the potential to do great things but wasted it. He wasted the fans time, he wasted the sport of boxing's time and is a terrible champ. That's why I am pulling for Usyk. Do I think Fury can win? Yes. I have always said a determined, focused Fury is a handful for any fighter past or present. We shall see come fight night.

@PinoyProdigy what is going on at BoxRec, man?

I could've sworn until recently Usyk was listed top 5 p4p...now he's #123 in the world?!?!
    https://boxrec.com/en/ratings?r[role]=box-pro&r[sex]=M&r[status]=a&r[division]=&r[country]=&r_go=&offset=100

...and the next highest rated heavyweight is Anthony Joshua, number 156. Followed by Fury at #335.

Did something get scrambled? An editor get drunk?

Also, when did they stop displaying the "points" the computerized system allocates to each fighter as part of the rubric for site users to see?

But then Usyk has very little to fear from Fury's limited power either - and it looks like he's training lean for speed, which he'll need, which won't help.

I don't think Fury can afford to be reckless like that and give away rounds early - it'd give him too much of a mountain to climb on the cards... And I'd be very surprised if it doesn't go the distance.

Then again, Fury's jab hasn't looked particularly fluid of late and that's the key to making best use of his height/reach advantages - if he can't do that, I don't know why he wouldn't be coming heavier to try and hug Usyk into exhaustion and keep more weight behind his punches.

Maybe Fury will surprise me... Or maybe he'll fight dirty and a blinkered ref will choose to ignore it...

Or maybe Usyk will look more comfortable than he did against Joshua - and of the three, I think this is the more likely to happen.

I think Fury will give Usyk more stylistic issues than AJ did. Be interesting to see if Fury switches up the stances too.

Maybe... AJ possesses significantly more power and was the younger, fitter man - Fury won't be.

I'm not sure switching stances would help that much against Usyk, but we'll see... Usyks ring IQ and adaptability is on a totally different level, so for me it's mostly about whether Fury can leverage the size advantage.

Fury's more capable of using his size advantage than Joshua... as long as his jab isn't compromised - if that looks uncomfortable and/or he's not able to use it much, I don't think he'll be too much trouble for Usyk... I guess we'll see (hopefully)!

Gonna be a great fight for sure. Fury is looking fitter than usual so no excuses.
