Ernie Terrell vs Evander Holyfield, both prime.

To be fair I haven't watched much of Terrell beyond the Ali fight, but my instinct is to go with Holyfield, the way Ali pieced him up and punished him makes me think Holyfield would have a nice time countering and likely dominate the inside

 

I think Evander would be the aggressor in the fight and take the win on a decision

 

Evander would be the stronger of the two in the clinches. Terrell had height but that’s it

 

I like Evander Holyfield in this one. He dominates.

 

After watching Lewis-Holyfield II, I'm pretty sure Holyfield would KO him. Holyfield had to punch UP a lot.

 

Holyfield defense was nearly PERFECT against Lewis II. Nearly.. he mostly negated that super heavyweight that was on an uprecedented run.

 

Terrell wins via competitive decision.

I only saw Terrell lose against Ali, and stop Bob Foster which isn't saying much, Foster never achieved anything at heavyweight. I like Holy, Terrell was a big guy but didn't have much power. I think Holy breaks him down to a mid rounds stoppage, and even if Ernie tries clinching, the roided Evander is too strong there for him as well. Terell can't keep Holy off him or match his work rate. All these big guys that Holyfield fought were good punchers way harder than Terrell.

 

Holyfield win s but blimey he'd find it frustrating.
