He'll only lose to Bivol if his body totally falls apart in the ring like Martinez and Hayes did at the end of their careers. He's the worst matchup possible for Bivol. I still think if he loses before riding off into the sunset it will be due to getting caught by someone who can punch some.

I feel Bivol can move and box better than Gvozdyk and also stay calm. the only times I've seen Bivol look meh were vs people that could disrupt his rhythm. I dont know what the Craig Richards fight was all about. I think Bivol can be trapped and hurt but I think he will be able to fight through it and pick up a points win. I'd love to be proved wrong.

Highly unlikely that squats caused his meniscus tear in fact heavy weighted movements like squats would lessen the chance of injuries. Meniscus tears are caused usually by rotating or twisting movements of the knee joint, so more likely torn during agility drills or similar exercises that require a sudden change in direction.

Deep squats with heavy weights can also lead to a torn meniscus

Every time he has gone to Russia for treatment he has come back very strong.

Every time he went to Canada his recovery took longer.

I remember David Haye telling us he was fully recovered when he was training for the Bellew rematch and he looked awesome doing various drills and squats and then it all fell apart for him again in the fight.

It's possible but unlikely unless his knees are caving a lot each time creating that rotational movement I was talking about, which if that's what he's doing with his deep heavy squats is idiotic. But if he's deep squatting with correct form and no knee cave then there's no risk of a meniscus tear from squats alone.

Many athletes in other sports that don't even require much of a strength element utilise weights as a method of injury prevention, this idea that weights increases the risk of injuries is a myth. The truth backed up by real data proves it's the exact opposite as it strengthens joints and tendons that might be prone to injury from repetitive use, reducing the chance of injuries.

A cruel joke from the boxing gods that he got this possible career threatening injury on the verge of the most significant fight of his career.

It's a fight that should've happened long ago, once it was clear that they were by far the two leading guys in the division. The money men are always going to delay these fights and I get their logic, but the risk is something like this happening. Always a possibility in boxing and the longer the delay the greater the chances of the whole thing derailing. It's a pity, there's plenty of good fights to make in boxing right now but very few great ones. This one had everything. :ohno

See there you go again accusing a guy of beating his wife , but have no proof of it. Yet you admire that little sniveling Mayweather jr who was proven & jailed (ROFL) in a holiday camp because they couldn't cover for him. Margarito was NEVER Proven to have done anything wrong whatsoever Yet the CSAC ruined his career & tarnished his good name claiming they

Time to retire. What's the point of staying active in your 40s when you were barely active in your prime?

Is it gonna be that serious? I mean Beterbiev's knee injury is not going to end his boxing career. He will get recover and move on soon. You guys are probably too anxious now about his health.
