    I believe there are some people who, by mere association, confer guilt upon you. That's the case here.

    Anyone working with Victor Conte is a drugs cheat period, I don't care how many drug tests they've passed.

    Victor Conte didn't run the tests or produce the result.

    The only source here is the vada test and that test result says Garcia took a banned substance.
