He beats Pac but he’s not top 100? Does that make Pacquiao Top 101 or 103 make it makes sense. Time to go to classic.

I forgot about him, I would have him top 10 easy if he had retired then.

The top ten is a very hard gtoup to crack.
You have Muhammad Ali, Robinson Duran, Chavez, Armstrong, Archie Moore Willie Pep, Benny Leonard, Mayweather who happens to hold a win over Pacquiao, Carlos Monzon, then you have Rocky Marciano, Bernard Hopkins Harry Greb, Mickey Walker, Gene Tunney, Jack Johnson Jimmy Wilde, Salvador Sanchez, Tony Canzoneri., Marvelous Marvin Hagler..

Pacquiao belongs in the top 25 but top ten?

    Not likely...

He was far and away the best fighter of his generation. Tough to argue with titles in eight weight classes. He fought everyone there was to fight and won the vast majority of the big fights. He could be argued into the top ten but not out of the top 15-20.

Not even close, he's nowhere near as great as Floyd Joy Mayweather, Sinclair and got his ass whipped by him.

Damn near almost got knocked out.

Let me have a look at Paquiao's resume

    only 5 lineal champion
    only 8 division champion
    only 4 decade champion
    Oldest weltwrweight champion
    Only 4time welterweight champ
The greatest fighter of the 21st Century
    The fighter of the decade
Fighter of the yeat numerous times
Fought 9 HOF (won 11 times imcluded rematches)
Beat most champion (won 26 rematches included)

Can you imagine someone built this resume in a foreign territory? It looks impossible right? But Pacquiao did built it in himself without the advantages, that is, without the help of the ref, judges, compubox.

Can you imagine that Floyd can build an undefeated record in a foreign land. I cant he has so many closed fights to Maidana1 Castillio1 Dela Hoya, Cotto and Pacquiao and If you put the same fight in his opponents' territory Floyd would not have gotten the win.
Pacquiao has a case as one of the GOATS in boxing.

You also have guys like George Dixon, Terry McGovern, Bob Fitzimmons, Michael Spinks, Packet McFarland, Barney Ross, RJJ, and Jimmy McLarnin, and Joe Gans. All these fighters have legit cases for being rated above Pac, too. Depends on what you value in terms of criteria. Pac's in the discussion for top 20, but he's not a lock.

When you add up Pac's resume you just need to use his name not his "help" added on.
Pac earned his accolades with his fists. Floyd had help from the Vegas officials making sure he never lost, plus the state commission who stated "Mr Mayweather did nothing wrong at IV gate" ROFL plus ignoring his several very suspicious failed peds tests. Big difference between them

ROFLMAO Fluffy Floyd:pipiManny Pacquaio & its not even close. Floyd nearly KO'd PAC ????? He couldn't even KO Victor Ortiz when he cold cocked him with his hardest powder puff proving what a cowardly punk he really is. I would love to have seen. two fights happen
Manny Pacquaio - Fluffy Mayweather in a 100% fair fight with NO Vegas interference & no NSAC involved. Plus Antonio The Tijuana Tornado Margarito - Fluffy Floyd under the same rules. Tony almost gave Fluffy a coronary by just peacefully walking up to him to ask " Why wont you fight me Floyd " ? His goons had to clean him up & change his underwear for him & the boxing fans saw it all lol

No one with a knowledge of boxing classes Floyd's blatant robbery over Pac as a legitimate win The NSAC lost all credibility as State Commission by not upholding their own rules The greatest sport in the world reduced to a circus sideshow
