You're implying Wlad was some noble boxer who needs to be avenged.
In fact the Klitschko brothers used their power to tie opponents into bad terms, rematches and even matches with the brother if one lost, which is absolute corruption. They did this to have a stranglehold over the belts.
So it's actually 'karma' that Fury stole the belt off him.
Furthermore where was Povetkin's rematch after being grappled for 12 rounds because Wlad was scared to fight him properly?

The rematch is only warranted if the fight is close and by most people's estimations it will be a close fight.

You think Fury will want reematch after loss? Depends how this loss will be look probably but I cant imagine Fury comeback and fight him again if this little, ugly, middleweight rabbit will be better.

After beating Fury, he will have a better resume than Fury. Granted, Joshua has the strongest resume out of the current crop of heavies. But Fury having more kids than title fights is a running joke for a reason.

Fury will be so mentally destroyed Usyk won’t be able to give him a rematch. Fury will be knee deep in booze, disco dust and whores, screeching about mental illness and acting insane. His weight will balloon up to 400lbs and he will mutter about a rematch like a deranged homeless person.

Only a Usyk hater would want him to turn down a huge payday against someone he's already beaten.

    That won't matter.

If he's clearly beaten AJ and Fury who are the next best in this generation post Wlad, he will have conclusively proven himself the best of his generation.

Wins over Parker and Wilder would be nice as well

If Usyk batters Fury to a pulp, then yeah no need for a rematch.

But if its close, then walking away from a rematch would be cowardice.

Swings both ways for both fighters too.

Keep in mind, Fury is the one that wanted a no rematch clause, after it was initially put in the contract.

this is one of many excuses reasons and excuses over the many months (yrs?) leading up to this fight .. Fury would only agree if the rematch clause was taken out. But one of many fiascoes, he has pulled also, including the numerous meltdowns when they were trying to put together the Wlad rematch…… He is such an unstable guy, as we all know

I can fully understand USYK not giving him a rematch, but this is the business, and there’s gonna be a lot of money in it

No one should give a rematch to no one there.

Winner takes all and everybody moves on.

I'd be ok with Usyk retiring Fury.

Exactly. If he wins clearly twice it erases any doubt, and he'll make even money in a second fight. I'm not a fan of all of these rematch clauses in boxing, but if you win clearly why wouldn't you take a second fight for way more $$$$$?

Duh ! and Duh ! They have both signed a contract for a rematch,as well as the fact if Usyk beats Fury why would he not rematch Fury for all them millions again ? Exact same goes for Fury if he wins why would he not rematch Usyk for all them millions again ?

He should honour the rematch if the first fight is close or dramatic; not so if it's a one-sided schooling.

    Fury should do likewise.
