Inoue has better resume simply because he cleaned up two divisions, bantamweight & super bantamweight. And he did it by destroying all of his opponents. Only three people in this world manage to get to the bell of final round with him, the rests are all obliterated. This man is a generation talent with outstanding power, speed & intelligence, which reminds me to the great Ricardo Lopez in the past. Loma has great resume of boxing too. But to admire his achievement must see deeper into his decorative amateur career, which is overlooked most of the times. He is one if not the greatest amateur boxer of all time, winning almost all major championships in the world, including the OIympics. In his prime of pro-career, he became the most ducked boxer at that time as no one in FW & SFW want to fight him, thus made it difficult for him to unify the titles in both classes. He only had chance to unify in 135 where he once had WBA, WBC & WBO titles unified, but always failed to become undisputed. However, Loma had serial of bad luck, like his chonic arm injury (which greatly affected his performance) and the Russo-Ukraine War broke out as he volunteered to defend his homeland (which denied him opportunity to fight Kambosos). And lastly, he was robbed against Haney. As a man who is three weight classes champions, once P4P top 5 & status as one of greatest amateur boxer in history, he is a bit underappreciated. IMHO, Inoue is quite lucky because most of his opponents did not try to duck him on his prime. Even Paul Butler, the man who was ridiculed by Inoue like a training session, actually had balls to come to Japan to fight with gigantic chance that he might lose his belt & got beaten to pulp. Maybe if Loma can get undisputed, people would appreciate him more and his achievement would be rated as equal as Inoue.
Can't believe people voted for Inoue in that poll. Rigos name is better than any other name in Inoues resume.
Rigo didn't belong at 130 you cuck. He was way too small. In his next fight he was back to 122 and later on he even dropped to 118. Nobody other than your groupie mentally deranged ass thinks that's a great win not even Loma. Log off goofy.
Right, I don't know the weight classes around Inoue, so I can't say how good his opposition and record are, but I find it hard to imagine he's beaten anyone near as good as Rigo.
Rigo was like 38 and it was at 130. I dont give him much credit for the win. Loma himself said he was too small.
Linares and Martinez are good fighters but I'm only including borderline elite fighters and better. I just don't consider the Rigo win legit because it was at 130 and he was really old
