If Usyk's testicles hang above his dick instead of below it ... and his balls actually defy gravity so they hang towards the sky ... and the bottom of his balls sit right at his beltline ... then it was a low blow to the 'nards.' Otherwise, you see that same punch hit guys dozens of times in fights, and nobody blinks. Hell, watch Dubois-Miller again. 10 of those shots to the trunks were landed in every round on both guys. Neither complained once. Usyk hates it to the body. After he got up and started complaining after that, the ref told him to stop complaining and fight. If the big fight Saturday ends with this guy crying foul ... it'll go down as one of the "worst" heavyweight title fights in history. This fight needs a conclusive result. A clear KO.
When they designed those bladder protectors, they took a baseball bat and hit guys in the protector to show how it works. It's not a CUP. It's a bladder protector. If you get punched anywhere in the attached image where it says TITLE ... you're good to go. That's why basically NOBODY complains about those shots in 99 percent of the fights you see. https://i5.walmartimages.com/asr/82...c7d83_1.80a3748dab6dd30ece0f00f601598feb.jpeg
Was way below the naval and the belt line. So clearly low. Using a bad angle to try and disguise it , just exposes your dishonesty in wanting someone to lose by a low blow.
This content is protected Against Levit, left hook to the body (Fury's going to be throwing those all night), Usyk claims foul to the back (it wasn't). Beterbiev lands a punch to the other side (testicles must grow out of his sides, too), Usyk goes down. Claims foul and a punch to the hip (wasn't). Medgidov hits him to the stomach, down Usyk goes. Claims low blow (it wasn't). Against Glowacki, on the replay, you see the right hand to the belly is actually when Usyk folds (then Glowacki hits him when he's down). But the right hand to the body is the shot that hurt. Against Dubois, spent five minutes on the deck milking the shot to the beltline. Let's just hope we all come back here Saturday and celebrate a clear win by one or the other, and not some nonsense controversy ... where we have to "study" one replay after another looking for a "winner." We don't need another Sharkey-Schmeling I type fight.
Making excuses already, typical loser behavior. Also I find your made up story about a "bladder protector" hilarious... you clearly don't have a clue. Its called a groin guard/protector. ... no such thing as a "bladder protector".... Seriously are all Fury fans prone to delusional babbling or what? thats all I hear these days, I guess all the reasonable fans fled long ago.
I think its a bit of both. IT was great body shot but on the belt it was rightfully considered a foul.
imagine if it was floyd or canelo or fury in that situation you already know how the responses would look like
You're obsessed with nuts. A lowblow doesn't mean a punch to the nuts in boxing. Perhaps thats why you are confused?
I boxed as an amateur. I've worn them. You have to go up and under to actually hit someone in the balls with those. The only "excuse" maker is the guy crying foul when someone punches him to the side, he goes down and then gets up and starts rubbing his hip (like Usyk did against Beterbiev and others). Give me a break. Watch Dubois come back against Miller and both guys pound each other repeatedly on the hips, beltline and in the trunks everywhere. Even some to the thigh. Usyk stands out because most fighters don't whine like that from punches like that to the body, unless they just can't take it. I get it. He has a great chin, so he wants all the punches up high where he can move his head to avoid them or where he has a good enough chin to take them. So he complains about low blows so guys keep their punches chest up. It's smart on Usyk's part. But those aren't low blows anyone reacts to in most fights. Don't kid yourself.
I'm confused because I've been hit in the balls, and they aren't on my hip, or on my side, or sticking out of my belly button. Boxers get punched in the trunks, on the belt, on the side, in the front, on the thighs all the time. It happens so often, you don't notice, because they are wearing those protectors and people don't whine about it like he does. Usyk whines until they stop throwing down there. He can avoid or take head shots. He can't slip body shots, and they are his weak spots ... even his sides. It's well documented.
It was a very clear low blow, a textbook bladder punch. Dubois landed on the top of the groin guard with an upward trajectory. Anyone who has been hit there in the same way knows how the groin guard would move and the simultaneous pain in the bladder and the family jewels. A body punch has a delayed reaction time, and the fighter has difficulty breathing and moving. They take a knee, remain stationary, and try to breathe. Usyk went down straight away and was breathing heavily. I noticed that most people who think it was a clean body punch have not boxed a single round in their lives. Most with any fighting experience immediately said that it was a clear low blow. Forget the pro-Fury British media with Spencer Oliver and the like. Even Fury's trainer said it was a low blow. Usyk's team recently released a mini-documentary about the days leading up to the Dubois fight and the fight itself. It gives you a previously unseen, clear angle of the punch. You can clearly see how Dubois doesn't even touch skin with his gloves—and no, Usyk's shorts weren't worn too high either. His navel was right behind the top of his belt line, and every time he was breathing, you could see it appearing. Watch this in slow motion (should start from 25:12): This content is protected
Only my opinion but I disagree with you (respectfully) that had it been ruled a KD he’d have got up. To my eye it looked like Usyk was done for if that had been ruled a KD. It was one of the strongest reactions to a body shot (had it been ruled a body shot), that I’ve ever seen. It had really taken the wind out of him. He was visibly trembling, breathless and he wasn’t tending to his balls as men instinctively do if they’re hurt in that region. It probably was a low blow technically, but the effect of the shot was very much that of a body shot reaction. I expect fury will be throwing lots of body shots this weekend.
