    Which is a fair point, but Usyk also played a part in delaying fights too and could have taken tune up fights in the meantime.

    I would like to see him retire before 40. Best to go after Fury, should he win (which I am expecting him to). I'm always of the opinion that retiring a fight too early is better than retiring a fight too late. And 40 for a pro fighter is getting on, even one with such dedication to his craft.

    Usyk is fighting not only for his family, but for the moral of all Ukranians defending their country against the tiny man from Russia. I wish him nothing but success.

    Usyk gets in the ring 1 time per year. Lol him fighting to he is 40 isn't special. George Foreman and Larry Holmes fought till they were pushing 50 and fought better opponents than Usyk has been fighting.

    He's said so before. I personally think that the Badou Jack fight they hinted at will happen sooner or later.

    Badou Jack? There's absolutely no point in that fight. Usyk would destroy Badou Jack.

    The only guy at cruiserweight of any interest to Usyk would be Jai Opetaia. He's not dropping down to fight clowns like Badou Jack.

    I can’t see it. I think he’s only saying this so that Turki doesn’t pay off the judges to help fury win. He will retire after the two fury fights, there would be nothing more for him to do.

    And if he stays for too long he might just end up ruining his legacy by getting beaten, maybe by AJ.

    The Saudi bankroll is going to keep all these guys fighting long after they should've called it quits.

    It's just way too much money for any of these professional prize fighters to walk away from.

    This is going to be one severely brain damaged era of heavyweights.
