Yeah, we are close in our estimates. I appreciate everyone’s indulgence including your own of course, - just a bit of fun. We’ll soon find out the official weights. :D

Wow, I’d give major bonus points if you have the ref’s weight right - sadly, it won’t be officially verified.

PS - Btw, are you talking the ref’s weight on the day of the weigh in or on fight night? He could be a weight bully ref with a 20 lb weight pull in play.

Hmm, I didn't take that into account. Hopefully there's strict drug testing and a rehydration clause in place to prevent the ref ballooning up too much between now and Saturday night.

:lol: Exactly. Refs need to be put under the same microscope as the fighters. They’ve been flying under the radar for far too long.

    Usyk at 233 whoa

He did look beefier all week but didn't think he would risk coming in at career heaviest

Well I wasn't even close for Usyk, but I knew Fury wasn't gonna break under 260.............

The height of conceit, I think this is the first time I've quoted one of my own posts - I was 1.25lbs (Buffer misheard 223 as 233) under with Usyk and 0.25lbs under with Fury.

I was spot on with Fury, but 11 out with Usyk
I still think he is really about 5 or 6 lb lighter than the weigh in

I agree. He had that thick neck chain on him plus jeans, belt, bracelets, watch and whatnot. All these together could easily add up to 4-5 lbs.
