He is given size and reach advantage against AJ and Dubois as well, and that doesn't mean much. Same for when he face Joyce, and other big guys in WSB. Joyce, Fa, Modugno, all have huge reach advantage as well, and couldn't lay a glove on Usyk.
AJ reach is 208cm, Fury is 216, obviously bigger, and Usyk had just 197 reach.
No point in arguing in anything, as the fight is happening in 2 days and we will see.
I'm certain Usyk will be his usual self, as he is always aggressive.

So true. Losing weight can be a double-edged sword, especially as we age. Fury has a long history of mistreating his body and being lean in of itself can be deceiving. Bowe was skinny against Golota II and it just made him weaker. Fury could actually be under weight for this fight.

Fury was extremely fat before this fight. He will not be at all underweight at around nineteen stones.

Fury is done, he's here to collect another paycheck, he doesn't care about victory or legacy...

I understand that’s the general consensus but Usyk doesn’t have the time in this fight. The longer it goes, the worse it will be for him. Usyk slows down between rounds 8-10 and then catches a second wind in 11 & 12. That’s his pattern. In 8-10 is where Fury will be able to do his best work, and can get to Usyk with his weight on him. If Fury can manage that, Usyk may not be able to catch second wind. Usyk needs to just drown Fury from round 1 with angles and volume, similar to what Pacquiao did to De La Hoya. That’s his best chance to be in and out with a clean win.

And it will look like Pacquiao vs De La Hoya. Fury is getting drowned. For all those years he fought nobody he thought he was fooling the boxing public with most saying he is number 1. He was in fact fooling himself, didn’t give himself the chance to fight better fighters and gradually grow into a complete fighter. Now he isn’t ready to fight the one true elite HW Usyk.

    TKO 7

No, I know that is not how he lost the weight for this camp.

Here is the thing though. Usyk catching second wind as you say it, it's not like he is stop moving or throwing. He is still doing it, just a bit less, so he can recover some energy for the last rounds.

And in AJ fight, he essentially has 1 round off, which was round 8, and after that, it was all Usyk.
I had AJ winning round 5, 6, 8 and that was it.

You said "too little, too late". I was saying he is an undefeated HW champ, so hardly too late. He has already reached the pinnacle of the sport. Yes he is a fat slob, he should have been in better shape for almost his entire career, but not too late. He already has it all.

For the record I want Usyk to win.

Oh, I guess I should have clarified that him "getting into shape" now wont change anything. He is too old for that to have some major impact on his performance.

    Hate this retcon.

Fury was the underdog v Wlad and in the first two Wilder fights and people talk like he's been crushing cans his whole career.

It's as though Fury makes guys look bad and then they become shot retroactively.

I meant "peak he could now achieve" rather than all time peak.

His all time peak was nearly 10 years ago.

While I get your strategy it runs the risk of Usyk gassing out late where Fury usually has plenty in the tank. But maybe I'll be surprised this fight.

Usyk doesn't have the power required to KO Fury, and it's not how he fights anyway. He's a master boxer, not KO artist. If/when he wins it'll be on points.
