Usyk does need to sit down on his punches later on in the fight, if Fury is as faded as I believe he may be then I can see him getting knocked out because I have a feeling Usyk is going to set a relentless pace.
Hiring Steve Robinson as a sparring partner for Belly is not something that fills me with optimism that his team knows what they're doing Usyk's speed, volume and stamina are three of his greatest assets at HW
Just weighed my jeans and Boots. Jeans 2lbs and boots 3lbs, also weighed my trainers they are 2 lbs.... so 4-5 lbs of that is clothes , if there is nothing in his pockets. Edit: Usyk wasn't wearing any shoes... so 2lbs , but why not wear shoes if you wanna increase your weigh?... hmm
Exactly. Usyk is prolly 225-228. But he essentially spend 1 year in the gym training. And he is 37.5 years old. And he is coming with bad intention.
10 pounds of weight to an already maxed out frame at 220 isn't going to give him the power needed. Usyk will be tired late fight. Fury can avoid punches better than Chisora/AJ & Dubious combined!
I am surprised at Usyks weight but I'm thinking there's gotta be some method to this madness...(?) Usyk and the team being the ultimate professionals they are, don't come across to me as making dramatic changes unless it's a very real perceived benefit. Either that or he ate too many pies...
That could be so, but sometimes in sparring it is not a bad thing to have a big fat lump to tee off on. As an Usyk fan I'm still optimistic for tomorrow; you're right that Usyk' speed, volume and stamina are his best attributes but I'm sure his camp will have been monitoring his weight closely and wouldn't come in so heavy if it effects his greatest assets.
