    Dear Lord, mate. How on Earth can you do that? Doesn't it make you sick? I guess you have to be very heavy to be able to consume that amount of liquid in a day. How much do you weigh?

    Then I was around 215 or so, maybe 220 and trying to make 205

    You don't need to be heavy, this trick worka for guys much lighter. Obviously there are more scientific methods, but old school water/sodium manipulation was key

    I drink 4-5 litres of water on an average day, so I only really had to double it or a little more

    Did I pee often? VERY often,but that is the trick.the minutes you cut the water out, your body Continues to pee at an extreme rate and you will be much lighter the following day
