2-2 Kovalev didn't look good that round. I'd like to say unless kovalev wins by KO I think he should hang em up.

    Round 1 Safar 10-9
    Round 2 Kovalev 10-9
    Round 3 Kovalev 10-9
    Round 4 Safar 10-9

Not a great round from Sergey, he got nailed with several rights up top, and his body worked over.

Kovalev doing good work but eating big shots from Safar. Kovalev is taking them well though and still jabbing. If Safar tires in the second half Kovalev might win

Win or lose Kov needs to realize this is the end of the line. No power, no speed, no balance

Kov is looking every 1 of his 41 years, still got a few skills but zero ambition or desire you can see he is only here for a payday.

Kovalev is marking him up with the jabs alone but he isn't getting much success from anything else.

    Round 4
    Safar 10-9
    Safar 39-37

The commentators are again showing how biases they are. Safar has a swelling on his right cheek and his nose is bleeding. Yet all they talk about is Safar's punching. Smh.

Saddening to see this faded version of Kovalev. :(

In his prime he would have made short work of a mediocre boxer like Safar.
