I’m always interested in what the fighters say to each other at the end like that. I could see a “damn that was a good fight man”, but they said more than that.

If this fight went 15 rounds, Briedis would have knocked Jai out. He's a very tough fighter.

Jai 7-5 Breidis came on too late. Good performance for a 39 yer old. Staggered Jai late but couldn't put him away.

Briedis has more fights in him if he wants it. Maybe a heavyweight run?

Opetaia will remember the sheer brutality Briedis visited upon him for the rest of his years.

Breidis can crack. When he lands. That was problem with this fight. He just couldn't get the punches of. Age and inactivity

116-112 Opeteia, not nearly as bad as many of you were making it out to be.
Even in the earlier rounds Briedis was having good moments and landed some big counters while being outworked.

No matter how the main event goes, this has been a very decent card so far.

Scored it 116-112 Opetaia, gave him 2 early rounds close and the last 2. Opetaia won, draw would be iffy in my eyes. Wish that was a 15 rounder.
