It's not exactly a stretch to believe that he may have suffered a broken jaw, they've just knocked ten bells out of each other after all.

usyk doesnt have the range aj has. i knew he would figure out the distance he needed to catch fury leaning, cause fury is predictable. but it would also force him to overextend. aj can reach him without overextending so much, and he can put more venom in his punch. just teach him where he needs to step to when throwing his left hook and he will catch fury. a chopping overhand right would do the trick also. fury has holes a man closer to his size can more easily exploit.

I sense that Fury is nearing the end of the road.
In a rematch, I reckon he'll have to go for broke and take more risks to get the upper hand.
Much as I can see why Fury chose to stay on the outside, be evasive and pick his moments, when you have a human dynamo in front of you, taking every opportunity possible to score, the selective assault approach is running things too close to the wind, IMO.

Split decision for Usyk in Saudi Arabia?

That tells everyone that Olek was a clear winner who could not be denied, even by a useless referee and dodgy judges.

Absolutely should’ve been stopped in round 9 -

Olek’s investment in that round naturally depleted him somewhat over the next 1-2 rounds.

He should’ve been duly rewarded for that investment in round 9 with a stoppage of Fury.

No glass chin NOR glass body on Usyk.

Olek’s navel could be clearly seen above his waist band during the referee’s instructions.

You hit Usyk on and below the waist band, you are definitely and deliberately hitting him illegally and low.

He is the poster boy for exactly where the trunks should sit. He’s actually the poster boy for a lot of good things in boxing. He did not waiver once in his principles and civility - he doesn’t need to do so to “crutch” him.

Looking at how high Fury’s own trunks were sitting, however....the kettle beat the pot even more black...and blue.

The smaller man so thoroughly proved himself the superior fighter in this match - after being sidestepped for so long by Fury, Fury, the true midget.., the mental midget....and the true rabbit is Warren, Frank Warren....

I don't think so honestly. The 8 count was legit and at least the cards delivered. Sure the judge could have let Usyk go on and maybe he would have gotten the ko, but the 8 count wasn't a bad call. And ultimately it is was git Usyk the win on the cards

He'll have to fight right from the start that's for sure. Usyk looked close to done around the middle rounds but he came back incredibly well.

What a great fight. Old school.

Round 9 could have been waved off

Round 9 coulda ended like Morrison Mercer. Tyson prolly woulda gotten up but the act of getting up takes toll as well

those saying it was the right choice to call a KD because of ropes what are your thoughts on letting it go to it’s natural conclusion like Mercer Morrison….

A bit worried Usyk will be robbed in a rematch to be honest. I want him to win the rematch and for Joshua and Fury to meet next.

Wasn't Holy given a count against Cooper when only the ropes kept him up? Thought those were the rules.
