Complete hypothetical, I know, but how do you see a Fury-AJ fight now

“powers of recovery” aka being given 20 counts and made to do the hokey cokey before returning to the fight

Feels more like a 50/50 these days.

Fury looks more shop worn than Joshua.

Agreed. I dont think he will retire but he should.

Said it in another thread but he's a brutal KO waiting to happen. He's been knocked down so many times now.

Shows how slow moving this division is.

Joshua KOs Fury good and cleanly.

The 1st sustained heavy AJ attack and it is over.

See a lot of similarities between ricky hatton and tyson fury in how at the end stage of their careers their lifestyles outside of the ring have caught up with them. Fury looked in great shape for the fight but not living the life of a boxer over the years looks to have caught up with him,and ho doesn't have the same range of movement he had in the first wilder fight for instance

He does, not just from wars he's had but how he's treated his body outside the ring also, compared to likes of usyk and Joshua who as far as one can see live a more monk like exsistence

The best advert for living the life was AJ vs Wlad. But for a late uppercut sneaking though the old man was still well in it. Fury seems to have lost his resistance and stamina 5 years earlier.

This. Always thought AJ gets Fury out of there. Fury is v good but his elusiveness is a myth.

Based on recent performances against common opponents then it looked liked AJ all the way, but I think we saw last night that an in shape, switched on Fury would still box AJ's head off.

I just don't see Fury taking this fight now.

His ego couldn't take the hit of potentially losing to Joshua. Think he'll take the rematch with Usyk and if he loses, that will be it.

Very hard to see Fury surviving 12 rounds against Joshua, even with the ref from last night helping him.

I don't think Fury will ever believe he lost this fight. In his mind he is still undefeated.

He probably believes he can still beat Joshua and in the process get another eight figure payday. Too much money on the table to not make Joshua-Fury.
