It wasnt a great call by the ref but since he ignored the 4 other times Fury was held up by the ropes and should have received a standing 8 count I think it was a reasonable outcome.

    1) The ref wanted to see more action, as did I. Besides, the ring holding Fury up was correctly intrepreted as a KD. If anything, the fight could have been stopped before he was beaten into the ropes.

    2) It wasn't a clear victory; it was very close. The 115-112 card had Usyk winning 3 of the first four rounds, which is very suspect. Overall, it was a great fight with a very deserving winner.

You do understand what sourcing means?

    I do believe so.

If I am mistaken, then let me rephrase what I intended to write:
Feel free to post the rule you yourself are quoting and provide a link/source where you got the rule from. I myself quote the rule from the BBBofC.

Saying where you got it from isn't sourcing, you need to actually provide the source so others can vet it for themselves. That is the point so it can be peer reviewed.

TBH if you are going to go down the "source" path you probs need to actually do it correctly.

You don’t stop a fight between two undefeated hall of fame fighters that prematurely. It was a good no stoppage!

Here you go. Now stop being a nitpicky little arse and give me the rule you are claiming by which the fight should have been stopped.
    I am waiting.

*edit: I am damn certain that "sourcing" doesnt even mean one has to provide a link. I stated my source is the BBBofC, which is pretty damn clear.

Like I said on the RBR thread, if Usyk was hurt like Fury was they damn well would have stopped the fight. It was pure corruption by the British Ref to try and save Fury, just as the blind judge who gave it to him.

The ropes held Fury up several times on that flurry.

The ref made a good call, obviously, as Fury was not stopped.
