You see my prediction was right. Referee basically robbed Usyk of knockout in round 9.

Totally agree Flo. A truly phenomenal achievement on Usyk’s part and he engaged a Fury who was as well prepared as he possibly could be at this stage of his own career.

 

Usyk is a bad man. The pace and tempo he set drains his opponents. Basically as predicted he ended up terrorising the bigger man in Fury and would not leave him alone. Referee saved Fury from being knocked out in round 9.

Good to see we analysed and predicted the fight the same and watch it unfold. The only thing still pissing me off is the ******* of a referee robbed Usyk of his knockout victory in round 9! I had it 8-4 in rounds as well. The British commentators were so bloody biased and annoying so I hope the Americans were better.

I'm Australian and Horn is not in the top 1000 boxers all time. He scraped past completely shot Manny, possibly lost that fight, and used heart and grit to overcome some of his mod level opponents.

That being said, he made the absolute most out of his boxing talent, which is nothing to be sneezed at.

 

@miniq are you okay? Be thankful the referee saved Fury from being knocked out by the middleweight in round 9.

 

The one sad thing to come out of this was all the great fights we missed between Usyk, Fury, AJ, Wilder, Ruiz because of boxing politics. Imagine how great some of those fights could have been. Imagine AJ versus Fury in Wembley stadium.

Regardless, Fury did better than I thought he was capable of, props for that.
