I want to say that Usyks reach and height disadvantage wasn't that much of a problem against Fury. He was connecting just fine and if he had a bit more spark the victory wouldn't have been only by one point. Cheers.

    I wouldn't rule this out.

Are you insane, Fury is quick as hell, Carnera was completely untrained and 10x slower with no power, Carnera was a lot shorter than Fury to, he was only 2 inches taller than Usyk is.

You give a standing 8 count to a fighte who needs the ropes to hold them upright.

No, Holmes was around the same size as Usyk despite having a longer reach, Holmes was not a super heavy and moving up from the modern cruiser division isn`t as big a jump as moving up from 75 in the 80`s, Cooney was 6`6 though and had an 81 inch reach but wasn`t very mobile.

Larry was not a middleweight as an Amateur either. The whole landscape has changed over the last 40 years making comparisons difficult.

Take any fighter from then to now or from now to then and they cannot really be the same on either side. We must accept things are only the way they are because of the time they happen in.

Mixed results? A little old crusierweight just cemented himself as the superior over the two top poster boys of the super heavyweights beating smaller guys argument. They had 36 rounds to prove him wrong and they flat out couldn't. Nothing mixed about those results. You guys were dead wrong about that so who's too say you're not also wrong about 180 or 190 pound heavyweights? Look lets not open up that can of worms but don't act like it couldn't happen now like you all just did with Usyk.

Is that all? You are difficult to impress, Mr. Man-maschine, but please... Usyk have beaten two world 265 pound champions... And, that's all?? Hm.

When you say it like that, it is kind of awesome that a cruiser has comprehensively beaten both the mighty AJ and linear Tyson Fury. There isn’t anyone any better to beat in SHW history.

Yeah and Carnera still has wins over Uzcudun, Loughran, Sharkey. You'll take Wilder and an ancient Klitschko over that? You can say he's a bum now 93 years later but people will say the same thing about Fury in the same length of time.
