I think he was enjoying himself and thought he was cruising to victory.

I think the clowning, hands down, tongue out etc, was a bit of a front to disguise the fact that he didn't really know how to deal with Usyks movement. The more I watch the fight back, the more I see how good Usyk really is. 2 and half stone lighter, and still dictating how the fight is fought, other than the 2 or 3 rounds in the middle where Fury sort of got to grips with it, until Usyk changed it up again.

As good as fury is....usyks dedication to the game is unreal. Usyks finding these heavyweight fights hard....but his team leave absolutely no stone unturned.

Even their training seems other level in comparison to fury,s.

No one currently knows who,s in charge of furys camp. Sugar hill comes in near the end. John fury took a lot of the camp and the nutritionist done the fat camp at the beginning. Johns probably got a decent knowledge of boxing...but not to go fight usyk. The nutritionist is probably decent....but probably a guy that learned a lot of stuff from a university course. Sugar hills a good trainer but how much great input can you put in for 3 or 4 weeks. Too many different voices with too many strong opinions. In comparison to usyks team who seems to have a team that know exactly whats to be done.

Fury needs to get out of morecomb for the rematch and get to a top trainer that knows exactly what their doing away from all the baggage.

The fury camps always been amatuerish in comparison to a lot of top level fighters. They know their stuff imo.....but not really embraced modern training techniques. Its been good enough till now so you cant really criticise it too much but when you look at usyks team....training and dedication it seems night and day to tysons.

Usyk looked confused to **** at times. Good observation there was allot of stuff that he did suddenly inexplicably stopped doing.

It looks like he can keep the distance for 6 to 7 rounds but he can't keep it up or couldn't keep it up for the full 12 and slowed massively. I thought the tapping of the gloves was all a bit too nicey nicey matey whats your opinion on this. Maybe he needs to pretend it's deontay wilder and he's been accusing him of cheating for the past year or so hahaha.

I'm still scratching my head at this. Usyk looked done he slumped into his stool and I though as I'm sure allot of other people that Tyson would come out and destroy him in the next round. But he just let him off.

In the words of Tyson Fury to Waldimir Klitschko in 2015, you are an old man at 39 years of age and you cannot do what you used to be able to do in your early/mid twenties.

After not living the life of an athlete, he may be 35 years of age but in boxing age terms, he must be approaching at least 50 if not closer to 60.

It was a great effort on Saturday from both men but his greatest opponent now is his own body falling apart with a noticeable decline in footwork, hand speed, stamina, power and punch resistance.

The public has also viewed a serious decline in a few boxers since the Conman Henn Eggs scandal.

Id say it was stamina more than anything that was found wanting. Turns 36 soon too.

Usyk returned the favour in round 10 too.

Fury’s legs have gone whilst Usyk is probably the best fighter in the world in the championship rounds. His only chance is coming in at 20 stone and try and blast him out in the first few rounds.

    1. Have ONE voice in the corner - E.g. Get rid of his old man from the corner team and tbh, don't have him around turning fight week into a circus.

    2. Stop the showboating and stay 100% focused on the job in hand.

    3. He was having so much success whipping in the body shots and with the uppercut. The fight at this point was in his hands, he had all of the momentum but he stopped doing what was giving him the success!!! Then he got his nose cracked and shortly after clipped with that big left hand on the chin and it was all down hill from there on.

One thing that keeps being repeated after the fight is “Will fury fight him again” as if he doesn’t have the bottle or like he should retire. For me that was one of the best heavyweight fights in a long time, also very close.

There’s WAY more risk in Fury fighting AJ than Usyk right now. If he loses again, so what most people think he will lose and he’s already lost to him.
