Hair follicle test is not some holy grail of testing, otherwise it would be implemented more often. If hair follicle testing was so great, we wouldn´t need blood and urine tests.

Hair has many advantages, such as the possibility to establish a consumption profile or differentiate a single dose from repeated consumption. Nevertheless, it has some limitations such as poor incorporation of acidic and neutral molecules, and the impossibility to discriminate exposure routes. The limitations and the advantages of hair should be taken into consideration when interpreting the results. In some cases, a hair test can document dietary or environmental contamination. To date, at least one prohibited molecule per class from the WADA list has been detected in hair, except for peptide hormones. However, although there are many data available for common drugs of abuse, controlled studies are lacking for some classes such as anabolic steroids. And those tests don´t show recent drug use. It´s good to pass it, but it doesn´t prove innocence. Otherwise we would have little need for blood and urine tests, instead we would be cutting everyone's hair more often.
Has anyone noticed how Garcia calls out Everyone straight after their fight or news update. I'm surprised Usyk didn't get a mention. Garcia is a fraud enhancing his media presence with fake call outs. McGregor, Jake Paul mostly all the "celebrity" fighters do it to stay in the media cycle.
He's not allowed to spare that's the issue, he can't be expected to go into a big fight under prepared.
