I just realised I was ringside for Zinad’s last fight on the Nikita Tszyu under card at the Horden Pavillion in Sydney.

 

He clearly hits harder than that.
But it´s so odd how he hasn´t been able to stop anyone since Barrera. Bivol was 12-0 with 10 KO´s going into that fight, and the general consensus was that he could crack.

 

The bookies reckon a Bivol KO is more likely than a Bivol decision!

 

The American commentator on DAZN (Todd Grisham?) is quite annoying isn't he. Tries too hard to be funny.

One of the reasons Bivol is so good is because he sticks to the game plan, always. Meaning even when he has his opponent ready to go, he removes any risk of getting caught with a counter, and just keeps working the same style. Boring for fans, but good for his win record.

They are podcasters. Most modern combat sports commentary is just podcasting at this point, at least in America.

 

His Eminence really shows the difference between power and physical strength/fighting ability.

Zinad fought like a month ago. Back-to-back camps are draining. We will see what he has in the tank.

 

Seems to me Zinad's got to try to get rid of Bivol early, no? Could he have a prayer if it goes to the scorecards?
