Who ya got? Unfortunately, I was out the last few months. Almost OD'd on D3 gummies but thankfully am back and almost as good as new. I came across footage of Tua and found that any man who stands directly in front of David, is going to get destroyed. Frazier, with his bobbing and weaving, should last a few minutes of even a couple of rounds. My pick is Tua before five.
Too much energy & work rate. I get the danger, but Tua really doesn’t have the zeal to capitalise on a hook that could really hurt Frazier. He could hurt him. I have my doubts he could finish him. Frazier’s body attack would be hell on Tua. He gets stopped around the ninth.
Frazier is not John Ruiz or Michael Moorer, and Tua is definitely not George Foreman. Frazier could get knocked down, he would get up. Joe by decision, likely pitching a shutout in the 2nd half of the fight.
Joe was a slow starter and David isnt Jerry Quarry but a murderous puncher with both hands. If david puts even one shot on target, its over This content is protected
One shot & it’s over. I guess that’s why Foreman needed the ref to end it after six knockdowns. He’s no Tua I suppose. Frazier was slow in the opening round but check his number of early fight stoppages & knockouts. It’s a wildly overblown ‘weakness.’
Frazier was a slow starter with a great left hand. Tua is a fast starter with both hands blazing. I love joe but Tua is all wrong for him.
Yeah, Ike... One of the most overrated fighters of all time. Can't compare going up against a never-was in Ike to going up against Frazier. The Frazier that slaughtered Ellis would kick the sh!t outta Tua. Tua needed 12 rounds to get rid of David Izon and needed 11 to get rid of Maskaev. The thought of him stopping Frazier in 4 is a joke based on nothing more than Tua myth. Tua was not Foreman, Tyson, or Liston. He was an extremely limited fighter and Frazier would badly outclass him.
