He said hes tired to eat continuously and after the remarch he'll try to get undisputed for the second time in the CWs.

Dont give up, champ. Its enough to beat Fury, Zhang and Ruiz to enter the legend.

Other 3 or 4 fights to enter the best 5 ever as undefeated and undisputed.

I hope not I'm getting flashbacks of when RJJ moved up to Heavyweight then moved back down which effected his body considerably.

It's not a good idea to bulk up and then lose so much weight especially at Usyk's age, I'd rather him stay at Heavyweight TBH or just retire after the 2nd Fury fight.

Roy Jones was a glass jawed fighter. Usyk is not.

    Doubt it

With a defeat to Fury in an EVEN TOUGHER fight him and Fury will walk away together hand in hand and reject a trilogy bout.

Admirable but mistaken imo. He could get a legend of the HWs.

This is not going to happen. Nobody is paying him $50m at CW. Usyk could beat most of these guys weighing 215.

I wish we can put an end to this Roy Jones bulked up and dropped a lot of weight myth.
He weighted in for Ruiz at 193 lbs. He was fully clothed with boots on. According to the HBO team he was really about 189. It was over a year later he gets knocked out by Tarver, this is after he managed to win vs Tarver in the previous fight. A guy at 190 making 175 is pretty normal for a fighter. The weight had nothing to do with him getting KTFO.

As for Usyk, he seems to actually have gained weight, hes also a few years older. I agree going back down to Cruiser might be a bad move.

Funny thing is he beat Tarver in a grueling fight and wasn't stopped. Then he got KO'd. How is it because he was weight drained? It would have made more sense if he had been stopped in the fight right after Ruiz.

I bet after Usyk beats Fury even more decisively in the second fight, you'll be running around talking about "third time's the charm, Fury will beat him next time!"

Your misplaced devotion is cute. But there's a reason why Fury messed around for two years, kept delaying the fight from October to December to February to May, got in the best shape he possibly could, and was still knocked out (I don't care about that corrupt referee with his impeding Usyk twice and giving a 20-second count, Fury was KOd). Just out of interest, what do you hope for? What gives you the idea that Fury could ever beat Usyk? Because he landed a few uppercuts? Big deal, he can't push Usyk for 12 rounds. Usyk is faster on his back foot than Fury is on his front foot. You hope for more clinches? You saw how Usyk perfectly dealt with Fury, using the chicken wing technique or just shoving Fury off cleanly. Keeping Usyk on the outside, at the end of the jab? Usyk is faster and could get under Fury's arm at will, as you could see. Hurting him with power shots? Fury is not a big enough puncher for that, and he can't throw enough high-impact punches to get rid of Usyk before he himself runs out of gas.

It was always going to be a mismatch as Usyk is everything Fury has historically struggled against in the ring—and more. Come December, he will get an even worse beating, mate. Brace yourself.

Forgetting whether he had a suspect chin or not he wasn't the same fighter after dropping back down in weight.

I can't think of a single fighter who put on considerable weight moving up a weightclass then dropped back down and was overly successful.

Compare how RJJ looked vs Tarver to previous fights at Light Heavyweight he clearly wasn't the same fighter after dropping back down from Heavyweight.

Seriously, it's called prizefighting for a reason. There is literally no financial reason to do it, and no legacy reason either.

If Usyk wants to drop a few pounds for some reason, he should go after one of those silly "bridgerweight" titles, so he can call himself a "three division world champ!"

Usyk's a different breed of cat. I don't think he needs to chase money.

He definitely won't have to after the Fury rematch.
