I was listening to a recent episode of Morning Kombat and they said that Costa conceded that Rogan and DC were right when they criticized him on the broadcast that he no longer fights in the same marauding way he used to since the Adesanya KO and that his confidence may have been affected by that KO. Does anyone have a link to where he said this? I would love to hear what exactly he said.

He's always been an overhyped bum. He hasn't beaten anyone outside of an Old Romero and he would lost that fight by KO had it been a 5 rounder instead of 3.

Dude is a club fighter. Always has been, always will be. The Silva and Adesanya MW eras were some of the weakest in the history of the sport.

I think its more that he wasnt actually that great to begin with. Hes jacked and was undefeated going into the Izzy fight and a lot of people wanted to see Izzy lose.

I was rooting against Adesanya in that one, but was also realistic and knew that bum had little to no chance of winning. He put in one of the worst efforts against Adesanya since he won the belt as well. If not the worst.....
