I'd like to see him retire right now. Being 38 with his style at HW, I believe he's a KO waiting to happen. He might pull off a win in the Fury rematch but I'm not so sure about that too. Going back down to cruiser might very well end like that as well.

But I get the feeling he will continue until he does get beaten and beyond that because he's the type of guy for whom competing at his craft is how he does life.

As for Zhang, he doesn't seem like a bad stylistic match up for Usyk, so no particular danger here but still...

I don't want to see him against anyone again. He's retirement is well deserved, always playing it beyond ambitious and fair while not exactly getting the same treatment in return, being avoided by Fury until he turned 37.5, for instance.

I'd like him to face Zhang, Parker or Kabayel next.

All have merit in their own way.

Should be easy to make as they're all mandatories.

The current mandatories in order are:
    IBF - Dubois
    WBO - Parker
    WBA - Charr
WBC - yet to be decided

I think Usyk wins easily and most probably gets a stoppage. The intriguing thing is how Usyk can handle the Chinese power early on.

Wouldn’t mind it. Zhang is huge and a very dangerous puncher with good timing. He’s also really old so I’d like to see him in these big fights before he’s aged out.

Apparently so. Charr is going to fight Pulev though later this year. I expect Pulev to win

Zhang can't beat Parker he cannot be Usyk.

Zhang has a punchers chances at best. Zhang would have to ensure a KO in the first 6 rounds or else he's getting TKO'd in 9.

I would. Usyk has only a handful of fights left and I don´t want him to waste them on rematches.

Assuming Usyk beats Parker and Usyk fights an interim champ it'll probably be Dubois not Parker/Zhang. Him petitioning the IBF to keep his belt is something that suggests he plans to fight their interim champ. He might not and just go back to CW but its something. Usyk hasn't given any indication hes going to fight the WBO interim champ. Fury mentioned fighting the Parker/Zhang winner a few times but Fury lost and even if he wins the rematch we're talking about Usyk here.

As far as I'm concerned I'd prefer Parker/Zhang over Dubois just because they would be a different opponent. If Zhang beats Parker sure why not. Hes kinda old but he'd be deserving of a shot and his power would make for a interesting fight. Sadly I believe Usyk is never going to fight a new opponent at HW again. It'll all be Fury, Dubois or AJ going forward if he stays at HW.

Zhang isn’t good enough to beat the GOAT. Dubois was a harder style match up due to his relentlessness.

I agree but Usyk is running low on opponents after Fury.
