I said he is a great boxer. but he needs to prove it at HW. Beating Two mediocre guys at the right time is not enough. He got 3 belts from AJ and suddenly he was best ever, that's not how things should work in any division. double standards again and again.

You guys disrespecting all HWs when putting Usyk at top 5 of all time list, who don't even had 8 fights here and fighting once per year. Why you love someone more than sport itself ?

I don't hate nobody. I am an orthodox christian, just like Loma.

He has defeated every HW they have put in front of him. He has defeated two belt holders and united all 4 belts which is something no one else has done (Holyfield and Lewis has three belts). Calling AJ and Fury "mediocre" exposes your agenda.

I agree placing Usyk in the top 5 all time is not plausible.

I said at the right time. Please, if you try to argue with me, at least read all the things I am saying.

He fought AJ, when he was gunshy, mentaly very weak. right or wrong ?

He fought Fury, when he had terrible last fight with MMA guy. right or wrong ?

He fought Dubois, when he was down 3 times in the first round and was saved by brits, right or wrong ?

You are only as good as your latest fight, right or wrong ?

I get that you love the guy, but telling the truth is more important and telling the true, means you have to tell everything, both sides, not only things that will make your guy look good.

You know why Usyk is great ? because he has a consistency, not a single HW that he beat were consistent

No, AJ was not weak when he fought Usyk the first time. He had just come off a big KO of Pulev, who is a good boxer. And before that he defeated Ruiz convincingly; it took a mentally strong person to face his nemesis. And he's had three massive ko's since he lost to Usyk. So....the wins, one by ko, two losses to the boxer we are discussing, then three massive ko's. Not a bad run for AJ, I'd say and most people would agree except those who want to disparage Usyk. Namely you and only you.

Fury certainly didnt take Ngannou seriously; and he paid the price for that performance. But his loss to Usyk was the first in his career.

I've said my piece. I'm done here.

Again with the vague, woolly worded questions.

What does "better" mean here? Better resume? Better H2H? Better as a win on that particular night?

I'd say skills-wise they're on a similar level. But Briedis was always a natural CW, while Canelo is a stocky relatively flat-footed MW who was fighting several rungs above his natural weight class when he fought Bivol and clearly struggled with the reach and length he had to contend with. They're both very good wins, but the man from Ukraine had to compete on even physical terms with Briedis while Bivol had distinct advantages that aided him.

On name recognition and general kudos the victory over Canelo wins of course. But then you'd be bringing out the Fury and Joshua wins for that sort of comparison.

"So you are saying Canelo is not better/at the same level as any Usyks opponent ?"

No, that is not what I said or even hinted at, and I don't appreciate such obvious attempts to gaslight me. Debate on the level or not at all.

Overall. It's you who want to compare names that boxers fought. So I had to ask that kind of question.

IF you are saying that Usyk is more proven to fight fighters, Well Bivol fought P4P guy and beat him for 11 rounds.

But he had no problem beating Usyks size opponent in Callum Smith right ? But Bivol who is much shorter and has a less reach just beat him with skills....

Bivol was never behind on cards when fighting someone, when Usyk was behind until the stoppage of Bellew.

see ? it's always two sides to this. Why are you guys always seeing what you want to see and not the whole picture ?

So why do you go make a question-thread about it? You fat and slow or something?

Usyk. Bivol is a massive talent but he coasts too much.. he's becoming a little bit like Andre Ward (minus the illegal tactics) in that his fights are quite boring.. that in and out & fighting in bursts style he has gets a bit dull.. Usyk has a little more to his game imo & is just more enjoyable to watch, even for the purists i think.. i mean Bivols last fight was like watching milk curdle.. he struggled too.. i think Beterbiev if hes still fit beats him

    Usyk:

Usyk is better off the front and back foot. Has a better variety of punches and he has a better defensive variety (hands up, move behind the guard, move without the guard up, parry). This isn't to say Bivol isn't elite, but Usyk's skillset is superior

For me it's got to be Usyk. He's just so unbelievably multidimensional.

The way he manages his fights is incredible and just when you think you've seen his best he cranks it up a gear.

I never thought he'd be able to KO someone like Fury but you saw it!. Wilder hit Fury with his best and couldn't KO him, and Usyk did it.
