Yeah but I still think it was Briedis.

    It's a paradox, all right.

This Fury fanatics are something else. When Fury says something, they take it as real, only when it suits their agenda. And when he lie after that, they say, oh this is Fury, why would you believe him ? They always did this, to defend him.
Just look at all of this fanatics during the 2 years duck period of Fury against Usyk.
They still find a way to defend him, even when Usyk accepted the 70-30 offer, and Fury still managed to duck the fight. And all of Fury fans was still defending him back then, and blaming Usyk on the fight not happening.

Before the fight, Fury going to smash Usyk, easiest fight in Fury career. After the fight, oh you see Fury was Usyk toughest fight.

Well, Usyk did say Chisora is the hardest puncher he face, should we believe him on that as well? It's clearly emotion that speaks. And he being respectful and also in the right state.
As claiming Fury is his toughest test, means he will prepare even harder for the rematch.
This is what Fury fans should worry about.
Anyway toughest test or not, this was a clear 10-2, 9-3, 8-4 at worst performance from Usyk, and in reality a TKO 9 round. And this ain't the fan in me talking, but the facts talking.
AI stats are here to back up, so Fury fans can just be sore as much they want to be.

I'm going with Usyk's opinion seeing as he was in the ring and all and he did say it weeks after the fight. So it was a considered opinion.

Others can offer opinions but it won't change Usyk's.

What will happen when Usyk confirms later on that he didn’t mean it? He did confirm he didn’t go all out against Chisora either, you know. Was he lying all these years when not admitting it? Or is he lying now when he says he did it to appear less of a problem for Joshua? How do you know if he is not strategic again to flatter Fury's ego?

You will just have to hold your breath and cross your fingers on that happening, won't you.

    Good luck.
