Does anyone happen to have a list of HWs who have been considered "mandatories". Curious if any HWs who didn't get title shots have ever had that title. I can't find a list.
Povetkin was a mandatory who missed out on his shot because he failed a PEDs test immediately before the Wilder fight.
He received multiple other shots I was mainly looking for mandatories who never got any or a full list so I could more accuratley criticize the concept.
Are you including boxers who were at one point mandatories, but lost to someone else before they received a shot?
