Fourth straight top rated foe and third straight southpaw contender for Inoue. No surprise as Inoue always faces top notch opposition. :deal:

This should be an awesome fight match up. :chuck: This will be Inoue's first fight against someone from Central Asia, for specifically from the Uzbek school of boxing. And more surprisingly the first time he has fought against an Olympic medalist, Akhamadaliev has a bronze medal from the 2016 games.

No one ''orders'' Inoue to do anything, let alone the Worst Boxing Association

Doesn't 'His Excellency' want this fight on his upcoming UK show with Joshua? It's a good fight for the fans but how long before, if not already before the sheik is paying off these corrupt alphabet soups to get his way?

Good fight while it lasts, I wanted that fight to happen, instead of Tapales.

I hope there will be good odds on "under 7 rounds" :xmas:

Good fight. Hoping he takes it over the Goodman fight.

Wasn’t this fight supposed to happen after the Goodman fight in September at Wembley?

The WBA need to calm their tits and have some patience. It’s not like Inoue was planning on avoiding MJ. He just can’t satisfy all his mandatories at once.

If Inoue is forced to vacate, the WBA title is going to lose prestige at 122.

Excellent fight, Inoue is wasting no time cleaning out the entire top of the 122 division. Akhmadaliev will need to raise his level from what he showed vs Tapales where he just seemed asleep for much of the fight and simply didn't let his hands go enough. He might find Inoue's more aggressive approach easier than Tapales, cagey approach.

Awesome fight. I think MJ poses a big challenge for Inoue and he won't be a walk in the park for him. I'm just glad we're going to see this first rather than Goodman.

Think Hearn confirmed he won't be on that card. Not surprised as fighting in the UK isn't ideal for his Japanese fan base.

E-Hearn said that Inoue is definitely not on that His Excellency's Promotions card in the land of iron chinned warriors.

    Never hopefully

Goodman chickened out it seems. Don't know why since it would be a great pay check! Likely his biggest ever. I think this will be Inoue's last fight of 2024 before he moves to 126 in 2025

It's a great fight but MJ is a power punching leprechaun and not an ideal opponent for your return fight after suffering the first KD of your career in your previous one. Inoue might be worried about getting clipped and dropped again after he feels the weight of one of MJ's bombs whizz past his chin.
