Good to see that Inoue won't be dictated to when it comes to opponents.

Unfortunately it seems I was right.

What a waste of time that fight is.

On the surface this looks like a poor fight. I remember watching TJ fight Roman and he was a good little fighter back then but I think the only fight I might have seen of his since then is the Conlan one and TJ is 5-4 in his last 9 outings.

Granted he's on a 3 fight win steak, 2 of those wins being against unbeaten fighters, but they were 8 and 11 fight novices who I've never heard of before. Maybe they're good fighters and could've been highly ranked and I'm just not familiar with them

Also TJ is 37 y/o now and either way he's lost 4 of his last 9 to opponents who aren't close to being elite or world class from what I know of them

In my opinion, Inoue has earned the right to get a free hit or two. I certainly won't argue with you though about this fight.

Meh. It's a stay busy fight but a big step down. Waste of time.

Guys who have been in wars need free hits. Inoue is a dominant fighter and me as a fan I want to see him keep the momentum going and keep fighting the best to add to his already great legacy.

Free hits are for bums like Gervonta whose entire career consist of free hits.

    But I respect your opinion.

Free hit? He's defending all 4 belts.

Inoue deserves 1 soft touch before he dives straight into Goodman, MJ, Junto then featherweight

What the hell is this mentality.

People pay money to watch him defend his championships.

He gets to have soft touches in sparring, we're paying to watch a professional fight that should be competitive.

This is arguably the worst fight I've ever known an undisputed champion take.

    It isn't even a mandatory.

Ryder and Munguia were actual contenders, top 10 easily.
TJ is on the verge of retirement. This is a travesty.

This is what happens when you listen to Old man Arum.

He also fought Dasmarinas on the states on a Top Rank show.

The same old ass Arum that had Pac facing guys like Jeff Horn and Jessie Vargas.

Mr Ohashi is the guy he should listen to not that crook Arum.

BTW where's his excellency when you need him?
