You know how it works mate. He fights Dubois next then he ducked Zhang. He fights Zhang next he ducked Dubois. If he'd never have fought Parker that would have been a duck too.
Joshua v Dubois is the right fight at the right time for both and the Saudi loot makes the financial arguments a nonsense these days. Hope I am wrong but I expect Joshua to take yet another low risk fight next such as Whyte 2 or Parker 2 which certainly is a disappointment for Britsh Boxing Fans. Far too many big fights never happened at the optimum time over the last 15 years such as Fury v Price, Brook v Khan, Joshua v Wilder, Joshua v Fury, John Fury v Micky Theo, Eubank Jnr v GGG and no doubt future Hall of Famers Connor Benn and Campbell Hatton will find a way to avoid each other when Hatton moves up the divisions.
Parker has improved tremendously and would be a very dangerous fight for Joshua. Not ashamed to admit that I've become a fan of this version of Parker.
I'd actually like to see kabayel get the fight. Won't happen but that would be my preference. I thought they had to fight who their lord and masters told them to anyway?
Parker always had talent since the early days. Just needed someone to finish it off. I actually thought Parker would do what ruiz did. Good chin, get inside and tee off with his fast hands.

Parker is rated above Dubois in all of the major independent rankings, so it wouldn't be a bad fight. IF AJ fights someone outside Parker/Zhang/Dubois trio, then we can say he's taking an easy fight.
AJ vs Parker was so boring I don’t want to see it again. Either Zhang, Dubois or Kabayel would be fine. Please not Whyte. That’s a walkover at this stage.
Close to being announced. Apparently Team AJ are making enquiries to source the sparring video from 7 years ago, From someone who was present at the time… DD did not drop AJ. He caught him on the top of the head which wobbled him which subsequently stopped the spar.
Yeah I'd agree with that but would like Zhang the least. Think that's an easier fight for Joshua than most think and don't get the clamour for it given his age and that being a subject of his previous opponents. Dubois is the obvious fight to make. And although I still have Joshua favourite, I think Dubois can really cause him problems and has a chance at an upset.
