How did Haney become so powerful in the professional boxing industry?

I believe you’ve hit the nail on the head , anyone that thinks he’s elite needs his eyes checked he’s about as average as it gets When he fights a good fighter his size it’s gonna be ugly no power no chin no ability to adjust and people think he’s elite?

 

This is stupid. What power? The Loma fight was close. The Garcia fight was overturned because Garcia tested positive. They didn't allow him to weight bully, he made weight. What's there to allow?

 

Well 2 of the 3 things you said are horse****.
You dont need power to be a weightbully. You just have to make weight and rehydrate.
The loss got turned into a NC because Garcia failed.
The scorecard against loma was bad but not unheard of since Loma was an older foreign fighter and Haney the rising prospect, this happens more often than not, simply because there is more upside to haney winning.

 

Theres actually way more American representation at the top levels in boxing than there is in MMA at this point.
