If your quote is correct "You think Fury cares? Beating the best man is what matters nothing else" then surely there is no reason for Usyk to put the rest of the titles on the line.

So basically the IBF HW title is now on the same level as the IBO because Usyk just completely devalued it

Fury was never going to fight Usyk the first time according to some here. Never ever! Read it here day after day after day.

Never going to happen. Fury is scared. Fury will pull out...

    Here we go again. LOL!!

    Exactly

It don’t matter at all if Usyk loses a title for whatever political/sanctions reason …….

The titles on their own mean nothing anymore….. we’ve had a Long-awaited unification and a champion clearly crowned

Usyk is the man “”””regardless”””” of what happens to the individual belts and their bull**** sanctioning body executives.

The titles alone have zero value, now, after the unification fight

I do find it amusing the lineal champion suddenly has value again.

The most recent reference to LINEAL CHAMPION was clearly qualified as being as per the standards of Fury and Cult Fury.

I think he should retire, he`s proved everything already.

Well in a way at heavyweight cause he beaten both Dubois and AJ already, be like winning the WBO title in the 90`s.

Surely you consider Usyk the lineal champ now though.

Usy beat the so-called lineal champ and the two other guys fighting for the IBF so who cares?

Exactly. At least at HW, the IBF is now IMO meaningless

I was simply pointing out that it was mentioned in reference to the standards held by Fury and his fans and not a convenient flip on the part of any Usyk fans who might’ve previously argued against the validity of the concept of a Lineal Champ.

I've always respected the lineal championship since before Fury got it, as I'm not a fan of the sanctioning bodies. I'm just amused a lot of recent Usyk bandwagon passengers are suddenly saying the belts don't matter (I agree) only after Fury loses his lineal championship.

Like you say a lot of Furys biggest fans claimed the fight had so much meaning due to Fury being lineal champ.

They've gone quiet since Usyk beat their hero.
