    He's not top 5.

The top 3 is Usyk, Inoue and Crawford.

Bivol & Beterbiev are the next 2. Bivol is more skilled than Rodriguez and Beterbiev is problem for anyone P4P and he would kill Rodriguez if they're the same weight.

The next 5 could be claimed by Nakatani, Davis, Benevidez, Canelo, Lomachenko, Rodriguez or Stevenson.

There's quite a bit of talent in the P4P list these days.

    Real proper list
    1. Terence Crawford
    2. Inoue
    3. Usyk
    4. Canelo
    5. Artur Beterbiev
    6. Jesse Rodriguez
    7. Bivol
    8. Lomachenko
    9. Lopez
    10. Shakur Stevenson

Gervonta Davis doesnt belong on this list. His resume isnt good enough. If its just about talent Ennis would also get consideration.

If Canelo fights Berlanga next he gets demoted behind Bam, Bivol and Beterbiev

Pretty much. Ring tends to have at least 1 American in there who clearly doesn´t deserve it.
Heck, even Broner was ranked 5th at one point.

Complaining about tank record and then to have stevenson in the top 10 is laughable

Shows where boxing is at the moment. Not that impressive a list compared with ones of even the fairly recent past.
