Chisora is shot to bits. He isn't making it through this one. He barely made it to 10 rounds with his good friend Washington carrying him through what seemed like a testimonial. Chisora looked like he was going to keel over: his legs and balance were completely gone.

If Joyce loses this one, it tells me more about how shot Joyce is rather than any resurgence on Chisora's part

Joyce simply walks through Chisora and stops him. People talk about Joyce's chin being cracked (because he got KO'd by the hardest puncher in the division lol), but Chisora is out here getting wobbled by Pulev, Washington and dropped 3x by Parker. He also gasses after about 4 rounds nowadays. He's completely shot.

I favor Joyce to bang on Chisora until the ref steps in and waves it off. I don’t think Del Boy has much left.

If Chisora pulls the upset, there is absolutely no doubt we will see Fury-Chisora IV.

Well a fleet footed exhibition of defensive artistry it will not be.

I favour Joyce to just outlast Chisora, grind him down, Chisora has the dog in him he will not quit, but see 'The Juggernaut' winning by ref stoppage.

Chisora needs to take his earned millions and give up his squared circle exploits, protect those brain cells from further damage, care for his family, rather than risk them having to care for him in the near future.

Amazing how losing to a fellow Top 10 guy makes people suddenly seem Joyce so bad that he'd lose against Chisora, who is beyond shot and in my eyes lost his last fight against fellow geriatric Gerald Washington. Should never have been allowed in the ring against Fury for the 3rd time, because it created the illusion that he was a contender where in reality he'd been a journeyman for years by that point.

I think this'll be a beatdown by Joyce.

I imagine a lot of people who are picking Chisora, like myself aren't doing so based on the Zhang defeats, but how abject Joyce looked in the Kash Ali fight.

Not only was Joyce so bad defensively and shipping every overhand Kash Ali threw, but offensively it was pitiful to see Joyce struggling to breakdown (until the dying seconds of the fight) a massively overmatched opponent, who was in survival mode from the get go and who spent most of the fight in the corner or on the ropes. Joyce looked a million miles away from the fighter he was before he fought Zhang.

If Joyce turns in a performance anywhere near that bad; then Chisora, as remarkable as it sounds, isn't the fighter to worry about in this fight.

Yeah it's really dumb, one loss these days and your shot or a hype job. Doesn't matter he has a win over a top 5 heavy in Parker, doesn't matter it was a bad style match up, it's well you lost, your career is over. Same with Hrgovic, loses to Dubois and even his own fans are saying he's done and will never amount to much, despite having beaten Zhang, albeit in a close fight.

People put far too much value in the 0, so many great fighters lose and come back better. Holyfield made a career of being seen as washed up and upsetting the favourite. Joyce lost, but he lost to one guy, he also beat a guy that beat the guy that beat him. He's not yet done at the top level and can still probably beat some good fighters. I'd favour him over Parker again, Hrgovic too, beats Dubois again probably, though it might be a much tougher fight this time as Dubois has improved. He'd beat Bakole, a fight with Kabayel would be interesting and beats guys like Sanchez, Anderson and Whyte.

I think Joyce can beat some top guys if he can regain his confidence. But he needs to lose weight. He was too heavy vs Kash.

Watch his fight against Kash Ali. When you see how awful he was you wouldn't favour Joyce to beat Caroline Dubois.

Joyce was a career heavy against kash, I imagine he will be in a lot better shape against chisora and chisora looked so awful against Washington.

joyce mid to late round stoppage.

I just can't buy that extra weight is why Joyce struggled so hard to stop Kash Ali. He had Ali on the ropes or backed in the corner for most of the fight. He wasn't having to close down a fleet footed mover. Ali was there for Joyce to hit from round 1.

Joyce's defence has always been....well he has no defence. But offensively he lived up to his nick name, he was a juggernaut, he had the power and pressure to break fighters down and he was doing it from British up to World level.

Look at the level Kash Ali fights at https://boxrec.com/en/box-pro/584978

Heavy or not, Joyce should not have been 10 seconds from going the distance with a calibre of fighter many, many levels below the fighters Joyce was previously breaking down and stopping.

You could be right, that his prep was bad and he was still suffering with effects of the Zhang defeats and it just resulted in an abject performance. And that he'll prepare properly for this and look better. I'm not completely writing it off. But that last performance cause for concern.
Then there's also the problem that just like Kash was landing with every overhand he threw. Chisora, a much bigger puncher will also land near enough everytime. Joyce ain't developing a defence at this point of his career. And you gotta wonder how many over those shots he can take. Not just in terms of punch resistance that could see him get KO'd, but swelling and cuts too.
