Wait a minute, you can chop 3 times more wood now than you could last week?

I was 18 in 2019, and that is not last week but seems like your cognitive functions are not working very good these days ha?

Strength gains are extremely minimal past 18 compared to before, to the point its negligible.
In this study https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8120972/ there are basically 0 strength gains from 18-19 and EXTREMELY little from 19-20. Training only enhances muscle growth and doesn't start it so we can assume we just need to apply the workout to this. What that means is the graph would be sharper but still the same in terms of the respective situations. Foreman would not be making strength gains relative to the years before, not even close.

It is quite literally the same man, sure he can be stronger compared to when he was sparring Liston but its totally unquantifiable. We can logically assume Liston is still stronger.

Stop acting like Foreman wasn't heavily trained, he was an Olympic level fighter sparring Sonny Liston who was a world champion. This isnt someone who has much more room to grow. Similar to Tyson who debut at 18 and was already borderline the finished article during his first debut.
Why do I care about this?

No he probably just couldn't decipher your borderline unreadable speech, seriously dude install grammarly it'll help you so much. Maybe if you ask it nicely it'll make logical arguments which are clearly beyond your capabilities.

Your body builds muscle as long as you are alive, and as long as you are using that muscle — it never stops. It doesn't do it as efficiently as you get older, so the amount of muscle you can build is less, and it takes comparatively more effort to do so.

Your body is pumping out tons of human growth hormone (HGH) and testosterone, which leads to a peak in muscle mass sometime between ages 18 and 25, says Walter Thompson, Ph. D., a professor of kinesiology, health, and nutrition at Georgia State University in Atlanta. The bad part: It's only temporary.

Foreman got stronger case closed, he added more muscle mas and raw strenght.

Liston is not just stronger but a lot stronger with 20 pounds more in muscle mass and better raw strenght which is huge difference.

He wasn't, after Olympics he started strenght training by farm working and lifting weights adding 20 pounds in muscle mass.

Just comparing how big he was when punching heavybag before olympics and prior to Frazier fight is enough to show masive increase in strenght and raw power.
And Foreman didn't have the same training before Olympics and before Frazier fight.

Because he is humble when he said Liston pushed him in the ring, he later said that Lyle is the strongest man who only pushed him really back.

Exactly. He peaked in his younger years.

Hey buddy… got some bad news for you. 19 is between 18 and 25.

He only started lifting weights after his comeback, your sources are terrible.
Also why are you assuming that his olympic and pro opponents are the same durability?

He was not being humble, he truly had an admiration for Liston and if you think differently you’re crazy. Lyle is not stronger than Liston.
